Please join the U.S. Grains Council in congratulating Donna Braswell, USGC manager of international accounting, for her 20 years of dedicated service to improving the lives of U.S. farmers and international consumers.
Braswell joined the Council in 1992 as an accounting assistant and was later promoted to manager of programs. She developed and refined procedures for program management and served as a liaison with the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Foreign Agricultural Service (FAS). In her current role, Braswell is responsible for supervising the Council’s accounting policies and procedures and compliance with FAS regulations worldwide.
Donna’s efforts in export market development often go unnoticed as Donna keeps our global programs in sync with FAS regulations. The Council enjoys a stellar reputation with FAS compliance staff due to her expertise and experience. Donna is a critical cog in Development Markets, Enabling Trade and Improving Lives. Braswell received her bachelor’s degree in business administration, cum laude, from Howard University in Washington, D.C.
