The U.S. Grains Council (USGC) has increased its global representation with the addition of Nghia Tran as a local consultant based in Vietnam. <\/span><\/p>\n In this role, Tran will work under the leadership of current USGC representative Tran Trong Chien to focus on furthering the Council\u2019s interest in this growing and dynamic market in Southeast Asia. <\/span><\/p>\n \u201cTran will provide much-needed support in Vietnam,\u201d said Kevin Roepke, USGC regional director for South and Southeast Asia. \u201cHe will assist our efforts to reopen the market for U.S. distiller\u2019s dried grains with solubles (DDGS) and gain market share for U.S. corn.\u201d <\/span><\/p>\n Prior to joining the Council, Tran worked for Sojitz Vietnam Company Ltd., with a focus in animal feed manufacturing and procurement of feed ingredients.<\/span><\/p>\n Tran earned a bachelor\u2019s degree from Vietnam\u2019s University of Commerce, majoring in international trade.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" The U.S. Grains Council (USGC) has increased its global representation with the addition of Nghia Tran as a local consultant based in Vietnam.
