The U.S. Grains Council (USGC) is pleased to welcome the Independent Professional Seed Association (IPSA) as its newest member.

Founded in 1989, the IPSA represents approximately 100 seed companies throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico. The organization was created by a group of independent seed producers who saw the need for global representation of independent seed companies.

The IPSA works continuously to research and address biotechnology issues and increase the industries’ media presence in a competitive market by joining forces with the American Seed Trade Association (ASTA) and various other state and regional seed associations.
