Mary Boote Roth will discuss advocacy efforts for free trade and farmers\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 freedom to choose the technologies they need during the Tuesday general session of the U.S. Grains Council\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s (USGC\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s) <\/span>55th Annual Board of Delegates Meeting<\/a> set to be held July 27-29 in Montreal, Canada.<\/span><\/p>\n As a leading expert on agricultural policy, Boote Roth offers a unique prospective on biotechnology in the international marketplace. She will particularly highlight the challenges facing biotech advocates and supporters trying to create a dialogue regarding food and nutritional security across the globe. <\/span><\/p>\n \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Increasingly end-users are becoming concerned about U.S. corn quality and the genetics that drive productivity and affect the quality,\u00e2\u20ac\ufffd said Ron Gray, USGC chairman. \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Mary will discuss how farmers can effectively share their prospective on the benefits of biotechnology.\u00e2\u20ac\ufffd <\/span><\/p>\n Boote Roth is the CEO of Truth About Trade & Technology (TATT) and the TATT Global Farmer Network, led by farmers who support free trade.
