The U.S. Grains Council is pleased to announce the promotion of Kevin Roepke to USGC regional director of South and Southeast Asia, based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Roepke has served as the Council’s director of trade development in the China office since January. <\/p>\n
“During his short time in China, Kevin has proven himself to be an extremely valuable member of our international staff,” said USGC President and CEO Tom Sleight. “His strong business and trade background, excellent insights into the market and exceptional communications skills make him an ideal fit for this region.\u201d <\/p>\n
As regional director of South and Southeast Asia, Roepke will identify and address all relevant trade, technical and policy factors relevant to building and maintaining the market for U.S. coarse grains and co-products.<\/p>\n
