Together with the Compound Feed Manufacturers Association (CLFMA) of India, the Council has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to jointly work towards growth and development of the commercial poultry and livestock sectors in India.<\/p>\n<p>Some topics of interest for collaborative activities include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Risk Management for Feed Ingredient Buyers<\/li>\n<li>Poultry Marketing<\/li>\n<li>Grain Quality Management, Storage and Bulk Handling<\/li>\n<li>Silage and Balanced Ration for Efficient Feeding of Dairy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>CLFMA India is an association with approximately&nbsp;200 members. For the past 47 years, it has worked towards issues related to the development of the livestock sector along with the Government of India.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to signing the MOU, the Council will also meet with a group of biotechnology organizations, to continue to promote a science-based approach to agricultural biotechnology.
