More than 200 registered attendees for the U.S. Grains Council\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s 52nd Annual Board of Delegates Meeting will hear leading expert Mark Zenuk, managing director of NPG Energy Capital Management, discuss current issues with the U.S. grain transportation system.
