Export Exchange 2010, an international conference focused around the export of U.S. distiller\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s dried grains with solubles (DDGS) and coarse grains; will be held Oct. 6-8, in Chicago, Ill. <\/p>\n
\u00e2\u20ac\u0153Energy markets are approaching an exciting new era driven in significant measure by economic growth and development in markets outside of the United States and other Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) countries,\u00e2\u20ac\ufffd Allwood said. <\/p>\n
This new era will be centered in markets focusing on the global trade of commodities such as coarse grains and their co-products, according to Allwood. This will have a positive result on world coarse grain trade as a whole. <\/p>\n
\u00e2\u20ac\u0153It will be an era demanding greater energy supplies and major development of energy industry infrastructure,\u00e2\u20ac\ufffd Allwood said. <\/p>\n
Prior to holding his position as senior vice president of Informa Economics Inc., Allwood provided profit risk management consulting services to companies reliant on food and agricultural products as primary inputs or market opportunities.
