Registration For Export Exchange 2016 Set To Open July 5

Mark your calendars! Registration will open July 5 for Export Exchange 2016, the biennial event that aims to facilitate connections between international buyers and domestic suppliers to build and sustain business in the grain trade for years to come.

This uniquely focused conference, scheduled for Oct. 24-26 in Detroit, is expected to bring together 200 international buyers and end-users of coarse grains and co-products, including distiller’s dried grains with solubles (DDGS), with approximately 300 U.S. suppliers and agribusiness representatives.

The conference, co-sponsored by the U.S. Grains Council (USGC) and the Renewable Fuels Association (RFA), will be held at the Detroit Marriott at the Renaissance Center.

“In conjunction with Export Exchange, the Council is planning to host international trade teams from almost 30 countries,” said USGC President and CEO Tom Sleight. “These buyers will have the opportunity to network and to learn about critical issues facing U.S. agricultural exports from renowned speakers during the conference’s general session.

“They will leave the United States with a renewed confidence in our ability to provide them with the high-quality grains they desire.”

“This event is a great opportunity to connect grains suppliers with international buyers,” said RFA President and CEO Bob Dinneen. “We look forward to another successful conference, matchmaking two key sectors of the industry.”

USGC and RFA members will be eligible for discounted pricing.
