The U.S. Grains Council is pleased to announce the addition of its newest member, Illinois Corn Processing, LLC.
Established in 2009, Illinois Corn Processing is a dry mill facility that produces grain alcohol for beverage consumption as well as distiller’s dried grains with solubles (DDGS). The plant, which has an annual capacity of approximately 90 million gallons of grain alcohol, maintains a high level of production flexibility that can adapt to emerging market developments and customer demands.
It’s location in Pekin, Illinois, along the Illinois River, allows the milling facility to take advantage of business factors, including efficient transportation of bulk alcohol and DDGS. Additionally, Illinois Corn Processing is centrally located in the U.S. corn belt, providing ample access to corn.
