I-CAL Students Arrive in Panama

After weeks of preparation and anticipation, twelve students selected for the International Collegiate Agricultural Leadership (I-CAL) program’s trip to Colombia and Panama have arrived in Panama, the first leg of their journey. I-CAL is a program supported through the Grain Foundation in conjunction with the Future Farmers of America (FFA). So far, the students have had a “culturally-shocking and eye-opening experience as they toured various cultural and agricultural sites throughout Panama. Follow the students’ journey at the Grain Board blog (www.thegrainboard.com) for updates and insights from their expedition to learn more about international agriculture trade and marketing.
