Global Ethanol Dynamics Set to be a Focus for USGC’s Summer Annual Meeting

Global ethanol supply and demand is set to be an area of focus on Monday morning during the U.S. Grains Council’s (USGC’s) 55th Annual Board of Delegates Meeting set to be held in Montreal from July 27 to 29, 2015.

“The Council’s growing work into promoting U.S. ethanol exports with critical industry partners has opened the door for this panel, which will give attendees a comprehensive view of the current market situation, said USGC Chairman Ron Gray. “We’re excited to share with our members what is happening in this new and dynamic area of work.

A USGC leader will moderate the panel of:

  • Bob Dinneen, president and CEO, Renewable Fuels Association
  • Tom Buis, CEO, Growth Energy
  • Steve Bleyl, executive vice president of ethanol marketing, Green Plains Renewable Energy

“These three men are experts in ethanol marketing, Gray said. “Their insights into the uncharted waters of ethanol exports will be invaluable.
