FHR Fairmont Increases USGC Membership

Please join the U.S. Grains Council in welcoming its newest member Flint Hills Resources Fairmont, LLC.

Flint Hills Resources is an independent refining, chemicals and biofuels company. The company’s renewables business operates five ethanol plants in Fairbank, Iowa Falls, Menlo and Shell Rock, Iowa and Fairmont, Neb., and a biodiesel facility outside Fort Worth, Texas. The company has also made equity investments in bioenergy companies developing innovative products and technologies. Flint Hills Resources is the only multi-plant company to have each of its plants as individual members of the Council.

Flint Hills Resources Renewables has a total yearly capacity of approximately 550 million gallons of ethanol and approximately 1.4 million tons of distiller’s dried grains with solubles.
