Please join the Council in extending congratulations to Anne Pelkey, USGC manager of programs and planning, on her recent engagement to Bryan Zaczek. Anne and Bryan met at Rochester Institute of Technology where Anne studied international relations and Bryan studied imaging and photographic technology. These Buffalo, New York, natives moved to Washington, D.C., in 2010, where Anne began working for the Council. The wedding will be planned for early Spring. Congratulations Anne!
