Lojo Joins Council As Manager, Domestic Accounting

Joseph Lojo joined the U.S. Grains Council (USGC) on Feb. 25 as the manager of domestic accounting at the organization’s Washington, D.C., headquarters.

In this role, Lojo will support the Council’s finance and administration department by preparing monthly financial statements, providing regular data reports and organizing financial materials for quarterly and bi-annual board meetings.

“During his career, Joseph has worked in accounting for IBM Business Services, a D.C. public charter school and, most recently, for the non-profit Mary’s Center where he was senior accountant for grants and contracts,” said Helen Elmore, USGC director of finance and administration. “His experience will blend well with the needs of our organization and the accounting team since he has excelled at many of the assigned duties of the position.”

Joseph holds a degree in accountancy from the Philippine School of Business Administration and is a Certified Management Accountant.

Please join the Council in welcoming Joseph!
