DDGS Weekly Market Report – September 26, 2019

Cash corn prices are 3 cents/bushels higher across the U.S. this week with firmer futures supporting cash bids. Prices for DDGS FOB ethanol plants are steady despite a $2/MT move higher in Kansas City soymeal prices. DDGS are priced at 101 percent of cash corn values, down from last week and below the three-year average of 106 percent. The DDGS/soymeal price ratio is 0.44, steady with last week and slightly above the three-year average.

FOB Gulf DDGS prices are $4/MT lower this week amid broadly quiet export markets. Prices for 40-foot containers to Southeast Asia are steady this week at $239/MT.
