Dr. Yılmaz Doganca serves as a consultant for the U.S. Grains Council, a non-profit organization that promotes the use of U.S. barley, corn, sorghum and related products worldwide.
Prior to the Council, Dr. Doganca worked for the Gani Foreign Trade Ltd. as the president. In this capacity he traded aqua feed raw material trading, marketing and distribution .Dr. Doganca .
Dr. Doganca holds an master’s degree from University of Reading, England in the field of rural development and master’s degree in agronomy and doctorate degree in agriculture of Aegian University.
