Nabeel serves as the Consultant for Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for the U.S. Grains Council, a non-profit organization that promotes the use of U.S. barley, corn, sorghum and related products worldwide. In this capacity, to enable the Council to increase demand for U.S. produced feed grains and co-products, influence buyers to purchase from the U.S. collect market information, and cultivate relationships with key livestock and poultry industries, and with industrial processors and government decision makers in Saudi Arabia.

Prior to the Council, Salameh worked for the Upjohn Animal Health, Pharmacia & Upjohn Animal Health and Pfizer Animal Health for 28 years (1979-2007) as the regional manager - Middle East. In this capacity he set marketing plan for the territory and follow-up for its implementation and follow-up with company distributers to achieve budgeting goals, as well as increase relations with key customers and government decision makers about marketing intelligence. Salameh also served as the Animal Health Manager for four years (1975-1979) for Libyan Agricultural Company where he managing Layer, Brioler and Hatcheries in addition to Animal Health companies under agency of the Libyan Agricultural Company.

Salameh holds a bachelor’s degree from Cairo University in veterinary medicine. 

The U.S. Grains Council is a private, non-profit partnership of agribusinesses and producers committed to building and expanding international markets for U.S. barley, corn, sorghum and their products. The Council has nine international offices that oversee programs in more than 50 countries. Support for the Council comes from its producer and agribusiness members and the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
