Illinois River Energy Joins Council

IllinoisRiverEnergyPlease join the U.S. Grains Council in welcoming its newest member Illinois River Energy, LLC (IRE).

Based in Rochelle, Ill., IRE operates a dry mill, corn-based bio-refinery which produces fuel grade ethanol, distiller's dried grains with solubles (DDGS), and industrial corn oil. They process over 40 million bushels of corn per year and the facility produces approximately 120 million gallons of denatured fuel grade ethanol and over 300,000 tons of DDGS annually.

Save the Date: Council Annual Meeting in Canada

13USGC-005 OttawaMtgAd_1FThe U.S. Grains Council's 53rd Annual Board of Delegates Meeting will be July 29-31, 2013 in Ottawa, Canada. If you plan to attend the meeting you must have an up-to-date passport. If your passport expires before January 2014, now is the time to start the process of renewing it. Please visit the State Department website, www.state.gov, for information on obtaining or renewing a passport.
